Teens accused of attacking Hanover bus conductor remanded
The three teenage boys charged in relation to last week’s attack on a bus conductor in Hanover were all remanded when they appeared in court Friday.
The teens appeared parish judge Pamella Blackhall in the Children’s Court Division of the Hanover Parish Court.
Two of the teens, ages 16 and 17 years, were represented by attorney-at-law Tamika Davis who was assigned to the case by the Legal Aid Council.
The family of the third minor had secured legal representation for him.
All three are charged with assault occasioning bodily harm and malicious destruction of property.
They were ordered to return to court on Wednesday, March 28, when Davis will make a bail application on their behalf.
