Catholic bias

Can you imagine on Sunday Pope Francis found it fit to name 20 new Cardinals, including one from Tonga, a population of under 200,000, yet Jamaica, of nearly three million people, cannot get a Cardinal?

Roman Catholicism and politics and biases seem to be familiar bedfellows for the Vatican.
