Riverton stagnation

The Editor, Sir:

Whether it was to move the dump or convert it to a waste-to-energy site, the People's National Party (PNP) has failed to deliver a solution to the problems at Riverton.

Many people are convinced this lack of urgency on the part of the PNP is directly linked to the fact that the dump lies in a PNP stronghold and many persons earn money from the way the dump is currently run.

The nation has lost millions of dollars' worth of production time. Meanwhile, the prime minister is 'working, working, working'.
