Before reading George Davis' column on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 titled 'On verge of pulling plug on Flow', I had never before felt inclined to write to a paper columnist in support of an article as I do now.
Mr Davis' piece encapsulates everything I have complained about with regard to my Flow service in recent weeks.
I truly feel duped and deceived, by the actions of Flow with regard to my loss of channels, without any attempt at compensation, whether by way of consumer credit, refund or reduction in subscription fees. Rebroadcasting content at a cost, even though they were accessing this content illegally and free, was something I would have sworn that Flow would not be involved in.
I now have more reason to fear the formation of this mini-conglomerate. Giving back my cable boxes for the option of Internet streaming devices is going to send me right back to FLOW for Internet service.
I hope your article can lend muscle to the many subscriber voices crying out for justice.
