Where's that PNP dinosaur going?

Published:Saturday | September 12, 2015 | 9:00 AM

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I am very much troubled and disturbed by what I am seeing happening in politics.

As much as I believe that Raymond Pryce is not a people person, it is distasteful to see a man who could be his grandfather mounting a challenge against him. What we all need and want to see is young blood, yet this old, old man who should be looking to retire is trying to oust a vibrant, bright and intelligent man. Can someone tell me that I am dreaming?

I have seen other dinosaurs put up a challenge against the young Hugh Buchanan and Lisa Hanna. What a shame! Please go and retire You are an insult and a stumbling block to progress and rebuilding. The constituents must not vote for any of you. You are old and finished. Leave the parties to rebuild.

Old men and women, please go and rest. We are tired of you. The country doesn't need you.

I am talking to both the Jamaica Labour Party and the People's National Party: We do not want to see any old, old, old men or women to represent us. Let's send them home.
