Frustrated with Flow

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Is it that FLOW/LIME has absolutely no respect for the Jamaican people? How on earth can you remove cable channels from packages that you sold to us at pre-set prices and say nothing about a respectable course of action?

Further yet, residents in several sections of Stony Hill are currently without landline service. We have called FLOW/LIME ad nauseam and are, frankly, getting little in the way of help. This has been the case for days now. Where is the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) and the rest of the Government?

This shoddy service from FLOW/LIME is disgraceful.
