Fix the problem Flow

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I am calling on the leadership of Flow/LIME to please get their act together. For how much longer can we tolerate so many dropped cellular phone calls?

For me to be spending several minutes each time to make a single phone call is absolutely ridiculous.

I got through to their customer care centre complaining about the problem, but alas they too are unclear as to what's causing the problems and how soon the issues can be addressed. Thereafter the call dropped again.

We deserve better as consumers.
