Waiting and waiting on FLOW

I am not sure if FLOW is aware of the number of complaints islandwide, or maybe they don't care.
In November 2015, a report was made to FLOW as there was no dial tone on our landline. According to the customer service person, an appointment was scheduled for the same week, so we should expect a technician. Waited, waited and no FLOW. Another call was made and again we were told the same thing - to expect a technician.
Eventually, the technicians came, and still the phone wasn't working. They did not provide an update, but disappeared without saying what happened. So again we called and were told the cable was damaged. We waited and waited, and still nothing from FLOW.
We are now in January 2016 and the new update is that the cables were stolen and there's no timeline as to when the phone will be fixed.
So I guess we will just have to keep waiting until things get FLOWing again.
