Dear undecided

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Dear undecided,

I know that you are having a hard time making up your mind about voting, and wished that election day could even be cancelled.

In your mind, this electoral process is just a grand waste of time, and you can't be bothered, so you are on the fence waiting for the madness to end.

Nobody can tell you about your right to vote, because you have a fairly good knowledge of the electoral process, and even believe that you are not doing any harm to anyone by not exercising your franchise.

So, after the madness is over and everything is back to normal, you can get back to what you were doing before.

I am saying to you that you are misled and being fooled by your train of thoughts, because every vote counts and will shape how you live for at least the next five years.

It doesn't matter where you come from or vote from, because you can change an election result by just your single vote, so what more power could you ask for?

Do you realise how much both parties are begging for our votes?

They know that the power is in our hands, and are begging on their knees for us to cast our votes, because without your vote, they can go nowhere.

The party that is in power will benefit more when you, the undecided, continue to take your rigid stance, but maybe that was your choice in the first place.
