Dunrobin Park gully neglected

Dunrobin Park Citizens'

Association

There is a gully behind the entrance roadway to Dunrobin Park. It has large craters full of stagnant water, trees, and of course, mosquitoes. The wall supporting the homes nearest to it is being eroded.

Residents from the adjoining Dunrobin Acres empty wastewater into the gully, which in turn enters the craters. We have been appealing to the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation for more than five years, but to no avail, and of course, we have been paying our taxes and on time. The threat of the Zika virus and other illnesses is alarming. The mosquitoes are unbearable!

How can we live like this? How much longer can we bear this? Must we demonstrate in the streets to get the situation remedied?
