Digicel Play spoilt Rio coverage
THE EDITOR, Sir:
I am an avid athletics fan, and so the Olympics is a major highlight for me. I am unable to view the Olympics, however, because of the substandard service I have been receiving from Digicel Play.
On Thursday night, my cable disappeared, and to date, my service has not been restored, nor do I know what the problem is. Of course, I have called at least seven times, and the very friendly customer-service agents can do nothing but pass the matter on to the 'technicians'. Where does that leave the customer?
I remain a disgruntled customer.
