Well done, Commissioner
THE EDITOR, Sir:
I write to wholeheartedly and sincerely congratulate you on your 33 years of service to the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF). You have been one of the JCF's most hardworking, dedicated and professional officers who has distinguishingly contributed to its overall development and improvement.
You have over the period impressively served in a number of senior and important areas of the JCF with professionalism and has developed a track record in the police force, doing the force and country proud.
You have been responsible for numerous successes within the force over the decades and led with fearlessness, courage and determination throughout your tenure as head of the Narcotics Division and later as deputy commissioner in charge of crime.
Your hard work and accomplishments have not gone unnoticed by us citizens of this country, the United States, Canadian and United Kingdom governments and your many citations, awards and commendations speak about your achievements in the police force.
Rest assured that your three decades of service has significantly benefitted the force in many positive ways and your mentorship of many young officers over the period deserves commendations.
I salute your service to the JCF, thank you for your service and wish you continued success in whatever area you may choose to serve after you officially leave as police commissioner next January 2017.
