Finding a final fix
THE EDITOR, Sir:
Without wasting any time casting blame, can we come up with a solution to the poor material and/or workmanship that goes into making and repairing many of our roadways? As soon as a road is fixed it develops new potholes. The problem is either poor material or poorly trained workmen. Or both. That said, we need to finally find a solution. Can you imagine how much money is wasted in doing the same job over and over? It makes no sense. We should prioritise this issue. It makes both good economic sense and common sense.
