Annoyed at pension cheque delays

I am a pensioner currently residing in the United States. I usually receive a pension cheque every six months from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security's Pensions Department. The last cheque paid out was dated 9/2015-3/2016. I received that cheque in mid-July 2016. Since then, I have not received my cheque, which I should have received sometime in January 2017.

It is impossible to reach anyone in this ministry, let alone speak with someone. It has always been a runaround. Phones ring without answer, or everyone's busy taking care of their own business.

I was lucky once or twice to get someone who could not tell me what would be next or what I should do about the matter.

I'm left with no other alternative than to seek help from your office to take this matter public. I'm sure there are others in this same predicament.

I look forward to your kind and immediate assistance in having this matter cleared up.
