Sagicor aplogises to ‘outraged’ client

We write in response to a letter to the editor that was published in this newspaper on Saturday, July 15, 2017. The letter was captioned 'Outraged at treatment by Sagicor'.

First, we extend our sincerest apologies to the writer for the inconveniences he or she has had to face in trying to get his or her concerns resolved. Sagicor, at all times, strives to provide an unsurpassed client experience, and if we fall short of fulfilling that promise, we commit to trying even harder.
