THE EDITOR, Sir:

I wish to use this medium to publicly affirm Ramona Ramsay of National Commercial Bank's (NCB) Customer Care Centre. After weeks of having a problem with NCB's Internet banking platform, I was directed to Ramona, who took my details, guided me through the process and resolved the issue within minutes.

She was quite friendly in her interaction and assured me that she would fix the problem over the phone, which she did. Thanks to Ramona, I now have access to Internet banking when I thought all hope was lost. NCB should consider hiring more persons like her.
