Excellent service from NWC, NSWMA

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Recently, I had the experience of receiving exceptional customer care two days in a row.

Incidentally, the National Water Commission (NWC) featured in all three cases. In the first instance, I made contact with Customer Service and had the pleasure of interfacing with Ms. Angela Francis. She was pleasant, highly professional and methodical in her problem-solving skills. Later in the day I spoke with Mr. Kevin Johnson. of the May Pen office who was greatly helpful even going the extra mile to call back useful information.

The following day, I got words from a cousin overseas that her property was being "washed away" by a broken water main. I made contact with the Regional Manager, Mr. Jermain Jackson, who is not averse to giving his cell phone number to his customers. You can call at anytime and he responds. The result is that the main was expeditiously fixed, averting a major disaster.

Thank you lady and gentlemen: you have done your Organisation proud. Also to the work crew, a big thank you.

I must also acknowledge the work of a young man name Anthony. He is a sanitation worker of NSWMA, who is responsible for cleaning along Glenmuir Road and its environs. When he works the streets are immaculate. Thank you Anthony.
