Flow fixed the issue
THE EDITOR, Sir:
Last week I submitted a letter to The Gleaner complaining about Flow's customer service and problems I was having with the cable service.
In response, Nadine Henriques, supervisor customer experience followed up and had someone intervene. The problem was fixed by a technician by Saturday morning.
So, on this occasion, I can say thanks for the help. I am still not an enthusiastic camper given the frustration I've experienced over the years, but they get kudos this time.
