A re-markable problem
THE EDITOR, Sir:
I am a student at the University of the West Indies who failed an exam recently. I paid for a re-mark in June 2017. The university said the time frame for this to be done is six to eight weeks. It is now 2018 and no response. I have tried reaching out to them on multiple occasions and nothing. This is an issue faced by many students who out of frustration often decide to just sit the exam again. This costs a lot of money. I am asking for some light to be shed on this as it is unacceptable.
