Tired of crap from FLOW
THE EDITOR, Sir:
My landline went down last week Thursday. I called FLOW and got an appointment for a technician to visit on Monday. Nobody came, nobody called. I called and was assured someone would come on Tuesday. same rubbish. Wednesday and Thursday, same damnable nonsense.
Are we to just sit and suck up this crap from a public utility company? Is there no governmental agency that can straighten out FLOW's ##*** so the company begins to do right by its customers?
Again, I raise my lament about a 2030 vision, or is it really a 3020 vision/nightmare?!
