Mandeville thirsts for consistent water supply
THE EDITOR, Sir:
Water is crucial for survival. Aware of this fact, Christopher Tufton has been sensitising the public on the importance of water and the immense benefits it bestows to the body. I address the water shortages in the Battersea Hill district of Manchester, which have now reached crisis proportions.
Mandeville receives a lot of rain, which leaves me bewildered. I cannot understand how we are getting so much rainfall, yet the supply of water is so inconsistent as well as displeasing.
If the National Water Commission is oblivious to this immediate crisis, I stand to inform the company with the expectation that this serious ongoing problem is urgently resolved.
