FLOW service stinks!
THE EDITOR, Sir:
I would like to place on record my utter disgust with the services offered by FLOW. I signed up for their Internet service. However, the service has been down since February 19. Despite calling about 600 times, no one has come to sort out the issue.
If I were not so upset, I would find it funny that all the operatives at the 100 number have told me that the only thing they can do is to request an update! I cannot contact the technical department, yet they cannot contact them either!
It is amazing that such a large company as FLOW cannot work out a commonsensical way to address customers' issues on a timely basis. I guess that's too much to ask.
