Black River disgusted with Digicel service

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I am writing this letter to express my disgust with the service Digicel has been offering to customers in Black River from May 30 to the time of writing, July 17, without even the slightest indication of when service will resume.

To make matters worse, Digicel sends bills for service not provided.

The people of Black River deserve better. It's a disgrace!
