FLOW: Bear with us re damaged cables

We write in response to the letter to the editor titled 'FLOW phones down in Queensborough' and published in your newspaper on October 8, 2018.
We wish to advise that the disruption in service was caused by damage to our network cables as a result of the ongoing roadworks and related excavations in sections of the Corporate Area.
FLOW sincerely regrets the inconvenience experienced by our customer, C.J., and asks for continued patience, as we continue to work with the various third parties to restore services in the shortest possible time.
