NWC, please replace faulty lock-off
THE EDITOR, Sir:
For more than a month, I have been asking the National Water Commission (NWC) to replace a faulty lock-off device installed by the company on my premises. The device cannot turn off the water properly. It allows water to run through all the pipes on the premises, although this should not happen, and there is water leaking in front of the meter.
A representative promised that a technical team would come to investigate, but up this moment, not a word regarding the investigation.
This matter requires no investigation; all that is required is the replacement of the device.
Two independent plumbers came, looked at the device, and said it needs to be replaced.
Since I am unable to contact the representative from last year, I am publicly requesting a replacement.
