Fae Ellington is doing a good job on ‘Profile’
THE EDITOR, Sir:
Veteran journalist and lecturer, the very tolerant and easy-going Fae Ellington, who replaced long-standing host, the late Ian Boyne, on the personality TV show Profile, which is aired at 6:30 p.m. on Sundays on TVJ, is doing a good job. And we are certainly enjoying her shows.
This long-standing Profile programme is certainly an interesting one. It is informative, educative and interesting. And it is being viewed by many people.
However, my main concern is this: some of us are unable to watch some of the live interviews on Profile, and also the rebroadcasts. Even many of the interviews with the former host, we have not seen them either.
Therefore, we are kindly asking Mrs Ellington if it is possible for her to pave the way so that many of these past and present interviews will be available on YouTube – even on request (by Google search: typing in the person’s name, etc.). Of course, some of them are on YouTube, but not many. It should be flocked with them.
For example, Fae did an interview recently with Janet Williams and many of us did not see that very interesting dialogue, therefore we would be very delighted if Mrs Ellington could put it on the Net for us to see. We would really like to listen to her and Janet Williams. We would be very grateful for your cooperation.
Keep up the good work, Sister Fae; don’t stop at all!
