On Sunday, October 26, as part of UPS's commitment to serve local communities, 25 employees, company friends and family members volunteered to paint the woodwork and two buildings at the Alpha Boys' School in Kingston. The school is a vocational training facility that provides educational opportunities for underprivileged young men in Jamaica.

The activity was part of UPS's Global Volunteer Month effort, which takes place in October and mobilises employees from every region to engage in numerous volunteer events and activities around the world.
