Ninja Man's murder trial before court since 2009, delayed again

The murder trial of dancehall entertainer Ninja Man, continues to be plagued by delays.



The artiste, whose real name is Desmond Ballentine, was expected to stand trial in the Home Circuit Court this morning but could not.



The courtroom scheduled for the case is being used to hold another murder case.

The trial is now expected to start on April 13, 2015.



Ninja Man has been before the courts since 2009.



He is accused of the March 16, 2009 murder of Richard Johnson.



He is jointly charged with his son Janiel and another man, Dennis Clayton.



A fourth accused, Seymour Samuels, has died.
