Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller is this afternoon expected to answer questions tabled by opposition leader Andrew Holness about the Outameni purchase.

Holness wants to know whether Simpson Miller, who has portfolio responsibility for the NHT, is aware of the purchase and if so when she became aware of it.

Holness also wants to know whether any due diligence exercise or feasibility study was conducted in respect of the proposed transaction.

He says if any of these were done, the Prime Minister should say what exercises were conducted and when, and provide the House of Representatives with a copy of the relevant reports.

The Opposition leader is also demanding to know whether any action has been taken against the board arising from its decision to purchase the property.
