New owners of units at the semi-detached Medici homes at the Jacaranda complex in St Catherine will be among a community of some 540 residents.

The houses comprise two bedrooms and one bathroom with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that allows for ample cross-ventilation windows that are strategically placed to allow light to flow everywhere.

The two bedrooms are each 10 feet x 10 feet and also have closet space. The entire floor is made of large, high quality ceramic tiles and there are UPVC windows. The kitchen will include both lower and upper level cabinet space for ample storage as well as a single-bowl stainless steel sink and fittings with solid surface counter tops.

The bathroom that is located adjacent to the two bedrooms has a full-size shower stall with ceramic wall tiles. The face basin is fitted into a cupboard with solid-surface countertop and backsplash. Each house will be provided with hot and cold water piping and a UPVC external laundry tub.

Provision is made to do additions to the back of the house, but the front facade is not to be tampered with. Units cost $6,950,000.
