NCB rewards loyal customers
National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) joined the rest of the world in paying homage to its customers through its celebration of Customer Service Week.
Through a series of fun-filled activities, the company honoured its loyal customers in each branch. Spot prizes, surprises and sweet treats enhanced the customer
service experience of clients who visited NCB's Bank on the Go service areas and
who utilised other in-branch services.
Bank executives also visited the business establishments of long-time clients and visited various branches where they participated in robust 'Voice of the Customer' forums. Additional activities to commemorate the week included customer trivia contests, lunchtime concerts, a staff essay competition and other activities.
