The convenor of the Tivoli Committee, Lloyd D’Aguilar, has dismissed the claims by attorney Michael Lorne as nonsense.

He has denied trying to attract media attention to himself through his participation in the enquiry.

D’Aguilar has admitted to not providing a list of witnesses and their statements to Lorne.

However, he says this is because Lorne asked to join the Tivoli Committee very close to the start of the enquiry.

He also blamed what he says was the disorganisation of the Tivoli Commission of Enquiry as he said there had been no case management process.
