Branded by eMedia, Jamaica's first digital creative agency, formalised an innovative approach for corporate entities to connect with their constituents at a launch on Tuesday at the Knutsford Court Hotel. The packaged initiative offers affordable and expansive video options and the addition of an app service accompanying eMedia Interactive Ltd's cornerstone product, Branded eZines (digital magazines). Branded is set to disrupt the market as this packaged initiative is the first of its kind. This allows ease of access as companies and consumers can bring their electronic magazines to the fingertips of mobile users with increased interactivity. eMedia is also pioneering the nation's first Talent Hub, where actors and models receive the full quota allotted to them. The eMedia Talent Hub allows the talent to, in essence, be their own agent.

eMedia Interactive, as the name suggests, is largely based on technology and innovation, which is a shift from the traditional means of communications to which most companies have become accustomed in Jamaica. eMedia Interactive, through their digital creative agency, Branded by eMedia, has provided a vessel to satisfy and exceed the expectations of clients by providing content that begs to be consumed. This has allowed eMedia to experience consistent growth, both in infrastructure and in the media and advertising market.

Cost-efficient advertising

"Branded by eMedia is all about being nimble, affordable and creative. The idea started out of a need expressed by companies about reducing their expenditure on advertising material while retaining the same quality or even better," said Tyrone Wilson, president and chief executive officer of eMedia.

"Our board of directors are fully behind this segment of the business, and we're very confident in our abilities to disrupt the market and create a paradigm shift in how we approach advertising and marketing in Jamaica."
