Tivoli Committee convenor Lloyd D'Aguilar says he is not surprised by the decision to reject an application to return him to the West Kingston Commission of Enquiry.

In an interview with The Gleaner/Power 106 News Centre D'Aguilar said it was clear from the beginning that he was not wanted there.

“It was clear from the very beginning that they were prejudice against me, that they were biased against me, that they really didn’t want me there.

They did what they had started to act out from the very beginning and it proves my point that they are biased against the people of Tivoli Gardens, and it's a pro JDF, Jamaica Constabulary Force enquiry.

And I maintain that it is a kangaroo enquiry that is not going to produce any results in terms of anybody being held accountable,” said D'Aguilar.
