The leadership of several police divisions put on treats for the children and senior citizens in the areas over the Christmas holidays as the cops, aided by corporate Jamaica, played Santa to the less fortunate.

Among those handing out the goodies was Senior Superintendent Steve McGregor and his management team in the Kingston West Division who pulled several children, across "border lines" for their Christmas treat.

Over in East Kingston, Superintendent Victor Hamilton of the Mounted Troop Police Division joined forces with the Kingston Eastern Community Safety and Security Branch to treat approximately 100 children and their parents in the McGregor Gully.

Not to be outdone, Police Commissioner Dr Karl Williams brought cheer to several of the men and women under his command as he visited them while they worked on Christmas day.
