China Harbour workers who stayed off the job Monday are expected to resume their duties this morning.

The workers used bamboo and other objects to block a section of the Mount Rosser bypass.

They say they are frustrated at the continuous anomalies in the payment of their salaries

A meeting was held yesterday evening with the workers, the management of China Harbour, Member of Parliament for North West St Catherine, Robert Pickersgill and the company’s liaison officer to resolve the issue.
