Writer KINGSTON, Jamaica:

The Office of the Public Defender has revealed that it now has a copy of the video footage taken by a United States aircraft during the May 2010 Tivoli Gardens operation.

That revelation came today from lead attorney for the Public Defender's Office Lord Anthony Gifford when the West Kingston Commission of Enquiry resumed this morning at the Jamaica Conference Centre in downtown Kingston.

Gifford says the footage is now being reviewed by that office and that it may be attached to the statement of a witness schedule to give evidence before the commission.
