Senators Christopher Tufton and former leader of Opposition business in the Senate, Arthur Williams, have turned up awaiting the start of the sitting of the Upper house.

The two senators were in the lobby area of the parliamentary chamber exchanging pleasantries with opposition member of parliament Daryl Vaz.

The sitting which is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. was not started at 10:12 a.m.

Last week, the Constitutional Court ruled that the Opposition Leader Andrew Holness was wrong when he submitted their undated, pre-signed resignation letters to the Governor General.
