News Talk 93 FM worker dies in car crash
A St Andrew man died in a motor vehicle crash in Clarendon yesterday morning, bringing to four the number of road fatalities reported in the parish so far this month.
He is 35-year-old Barrington Campbell, who was employed to News Talk 93FM.
The police say a female passenger who was travelling with Campbell was also injured in the crash, but her condition is not considered serious.
According to the police, Campbell was heading towards Toll Gate when the Mitsubishi Lancer he was driving collided with a truck before hitting another vehicle that was parked along the road.
He was pronounced dead at the May Pen Hospital.
Twenty-year-old Vanessa Peart and 29-year-old Kayon Brown died in a motor vehicle crash along the Swansea main road in the parish on March 1.
A day later, 48-year-old Peter Ballafante died in a crash along the Bustamante Highway, also in Clarendon.
