St Elizabeth teen sentenced to three years probation

A St Elizabeth teenager was yesterday sentenced to three years probation for breaches of the Lottery Scam Act.

He is 18-year-old Sanjay Johnson of Shrewsbury District.

Earlier this month Johnson appeared before the St Elizabeth Circuit Court where he pleaded guilty to knowingly possessing identity information.

The police report that he was held last December during an operation carried out by the St Elizabeth Proactive Investigations Unit.

It’s reported that during a search of premises occupied by Johnson lottery-scamming paraphernalia were found in his wallet.
