The St Ann couple accused of keeping their daughter in inhumane conditions have each been granted $350,000 bail.

The bail was offered when 39-year-old labourer Gerald Campbell and his common law wife, 42-year-old shopkeeper Melody Murphy, appeared in the St Ann’s Bay Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday.

Campbell and Murphy are charged with negligence at common law.

As conditions of their bails, Campbell and Murphy were ordered to surrender their travel documents and report to the police each weekday.

Campbell was ordered to also report to the police on Saturdays.

The couple was ordered not to go to the Windsor community.

They are scheduled to return to court on June 2.
