PM thanks Jamaicans for display of hospitality during Obama's visit

Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller is thanking Jamaicans for the warm reception extended to the US president during his visit.

She says she appreciates the display of understanding and cooperation with arrangements made for the visit.

The Prime Minister has also noted the patience displayed by motorists, other road users and members of the business community, during the periods of road diversions.

Simpson Miller says she looks forward to the advancement of dialogue and action on areas of commitment and mutual interest discussed during the visit.
