JPS loadshedding tonight
The Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) has announced that there will be load shedding in several parishes this evening.
According the JPS, the load shedding will affected some communities in the parishes of St James, Clarendon, Manchester, St Ann, Westmoreland and St Andrew.
The light and power company says the load shedding is because of a temporary shortfall in generating capacity and will run between 6:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
The JPS says it is making every effort to restore the power supply to the affected areas within the shortest possible time.
