Civil lobby group Citizens’ Actions for Principles and Integrity's (CAPI) co-convenor, Dennis Meadows, is blasting the Industry Minister Anthony Hylton for his handling of the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Logistics Hub interests, Krauck Systems and Anchor Finance Group LLC.

He alleges that Hylton's failure to exercise due diligence in the matter betrays what he calls chronic governmental and ministerial incompetence which doesn’t augurs well for the country's ability to grow economically.

The CAPI co-convenor says he is concerned about the capacity of both companies to deliver on the proposed investments.

According to Meadows, checks by CAPI reveal nothing that would convince it of Krauck’s and Anchor’s track-record in undertaking a development of this magnitude.
