Thirty-one-year-old engineer Marvin Gray, yesterday, plead guilty to the charges of conspiracy to defraud and obtaining money by false pretense when he appeared in the Corporate Area Criminal Court.

It was alleged that in September 2014, Gray and co-accused 31-year-old soldier, Marlon Davidson defrauded the National Commercial Bank (NCB) of $271,000 using his banking card.

The police say a report was made to the major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) which resulted in the arrest and charge of both men.

Gray is scheduled to be sentenced on Thursday June 4, while the trial for Marlon Davidson will begin October 5 in the Corporate Area Criminal Court.
