Clover Graham murder case removed from trial list, prosecution not yet ready
The case against the three men charged with the murder of prominent attorney, Clover Graham, has been taken off the trial list and has again been set for mention.
The trial was expected to start in the Home Circuit Court today.
However, it had to be put off because several documents are outstanding, including statements from the police.
The case is to be mentioned on June 3.
Spanish Town, St Catherine residents, Simeon Lewis, Quron Patterson, and Shannon Campbell are charged in connection with Graham’s August 2012 murder.
Campbell is in custody, while Lewis is on bail.
Patterson has been offered bail, but he has not taken up the offer.
Graham’s body was found in bushes near the Caymanas Polo Club in St Catherine on August 19, 2012.
Her throat was slashed.
The Crown is alleging that Graham was taken from her home and then murdered.
