The trial of the three persons charged with the murder of Kingston businessman, Ruel Isaacs, has been pushed back to November 23.

The trial could not start in the Home Circuit Court yesterday because there are other matters before the court.

The accused, Extol Gallimore, Jammel Holgate and his girlfriend, Farida McDonald, all received extensions to their bails.

It is alleged that McDonald, who used to work near to the business place of the deceased, lured him to Tredegar Park in St Catherine on May 4, 2007.

The Crown is alleging that when Isaacs went with the accused to Tredegar Park, he was robbed of his money and licensed firearm and then shot while he was in his motor car.

All three were arrested and charged following investigations.
