Nurses Association begins wage talks with government

The Nurses Association of Jamaica (NAJ), which represents public sector nurses, has begun its wage negotiations with the government.

The association is meeting with the officials from the Ministry of Finance to hammer out a new wage agreement.

The meeting which started at ten this morning, is the government's first meeting with the NAJ, since it began discussions with other public sector unions.
