Keep hydrated to beat the heat - Doctor's association

President of the Medical Association of Jamaica, Dr Shane Alexis is urging persons to stay hydrated as drought conditions continue.

The MAJ President says persons must safeguard themselves against dehydration.

Alexis says safety and prevention are crucial during these times especially for children, the elderly and those suffering from chronic illnesses.

Alexis also says dehydration cases must be responded to and monitored to prevent worsening.
