PNP president Portia Simpson Miller says she’ll be asking each minister of government and parish council controlled by the party, to give her a list of their accomplishments over the past four years.

Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller has vowed to lead the People’s National Party (PNP) to another victory in the next general elections.

The Prime Minister made the statement while addressing party supporters at her South West St Andrew annual constituency conference yesterday as she assured comrades that there is no cause for concern.

Simpson Miller says she’s confident voters will give the PNP the nod yet again when the country next goes to the polls.

The Prime Minister again hinted that the general elections will be held soon.

However, she stopped short of announcing the date.

As potential candidates vying to represent the party continue to bicker there have been a number of questions about the strength of leadership in the governing PNP.

However, Simpson Miller, who was addressing hundreds of cheering comrades, had strong words for her detractors.
